At NTC, our clients begin with a baseline measure of his/her body composition.  This measure of your muscle mass, water weight, and percentage of fat is an important indicator of present health and future morbidity (disease risk) as well as a marker of immune function and overall general health.  At NTC, expect to significantly improve your fat to muscle ratio for a lifetime of improved health.
